Currency & interval
All prices are in US dollars (USD). Subscriptions are billed in advance — $99 monthly or $990 annually (2 months free) — and renew automatically until you cancel. No setup fee.
Free trial
New subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start it. You are not charged until the trial ends, and cancelling during the trial costs nothing.
No custom plans
Every price we charge is published on this page. There are no Enterprise tiers, no custom quotes and no negotiated rates. One subscription covers every trade we track in the Austin metro; a second metro is another $99.
Cancelling
Cancel in two clicks from any digest email, or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then. No retention calls, no cancellation fee.
Who charges your card: TradePipe is operated by Segura Intelligence Group OÜ (Estonia). Payments are processed by our merchant of record, whose name may appear on your card statement instead of "TradePipe". Full details in our Terms of Service, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

Is $99 per trade, or for everything?
One price for the whole Austin metro. Your daily 6 a.m. digest focuses on the trade you pick, and your live feed carries all 18 permit categories — switch views any time. There is no custom quote and no negotiated rate.
What happens when the 7-day trial ends?
Your first charge — $99 monthly or $990 annual, whichever you chose — runs automatically and your subscription begins. We email you before that happens. If you cancel at any point during the trial you are never charged, and you keep the permits you already received.
Will the price go up on me later?
Not in your first year. A founding subscription keeps its rate locked for your first 12 months — that's written into our Terms — and after that we give at least 30 days' notice before any change. If you cancel and come back later, you rejoin at whatever the price is then.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Email us within 30 days of any charge and we refund it in full — any reason, or none. You can also request the refund directly from Paddle, our merchant of record. The Refund Policy spells out exactly how.
How do I cancel?
Two clicks from any email we send you, or one email to us. No phone call, no retention script, no questions. You're never locked in past your current billing period (a month on monthly plans, a year on annual).
Do you charge per lead, like Angi or HomeAdvisor?
No. Those platforms sell the same homeowner to five contractors and bill you per phone number. TradePipe is a flat monthly subscription for the whole permit record of the metro in your trade. Your bill doesn't move when the market gets busy.
